Brent spent most of his childhood in Raleigh, NC. After graduating
from high school, he attended Furman University where he graduated with
a Bachelor of Arts in Music. During this time he had many
opportunities to lead worship, and felt the calling to serve the local
church through music and the arts. He spent three years following
graduation serving a church in Orlando, FL. In 2005, he moved to Dallas
to serve at Hope.
Brent and his wife Kelly have been married since 2002. They have 3
boys, Joshua, Jaden, and Judah. During his free time, he enjoys
hanging out with his family, anything athletic, and reading something
not associated with seminary classes.
