Frank graduated from the University of Georgia in 1992 with a B.A.
in Speech Communications. He completed his graduate work at the Candler
School of Theology at Emory University in 1995 and served as a youth
pastor during and following his time at Candler. In 1996, he became an
Ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church. In 1998, he became
the Senior Pastor at Newborn UMC and an Elder in the United Methodist
Church. Before coming to Hope, he served as a Senior Associate Pastor
at Roswell UMC.
Frank is married to his wife Lesli. They have two beautiful
daughters, Rachel and Rebekah. In his spare time, he enjoys watching
sports -- especially UGA football (Go 'Dawgs!), NASCAR, and hockey.
